Manufacturing: 2-5 business days (where applicable) Express Courier: 3-5 business days (trackable) World Mail: Up to 28 business days (non-trackable) Within Australia: 4 business days
Express Courier shipments travel via DHL or EMS International Courier.
World Mail shipments travel by DHL to the country of destination and upon arrival enter into that country's postal system. Tracking is not available on this shipping method.
Domestic orders ship by registered mail.
We may subsitute shipping methods or carriers with similiar service at our discretion.

Customs and import restrictions on certain goods may apply in your country. The purchaser may be liable for local taxes and duties in some countries. Local customs procedures and restrictions are beyond WWW Digital’s control. For more information please contact your local Customs authority.
RETURNS
Items on this site are made to order. It is the customer’s responsibility to choose and order carefully. To allow a high degree of individual customisation when ordering we do not carry inventory of some products, manufacturing items instead to each customer's specific requirements. We offer refunds or exchanges on these items under the following conditions:
In the event an item has been damaged during production or your order was incorrectly filled we will;
- a) refund the value of the goods to your card upon return and inspection of the item, or
- b) exchange for another item (or items) to the same or lesser value. If you select an item of higher value we will debit your card accordingly.
Due to the logistics of worldwide shipping and the high degree of customization provided we do not offer an exchange policy on goods under conditions other than those outlined above. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and associated import duties and taxes where applicable.
Once any item is attached, bolted on, connected, plugged in or installed in any way it is considered used and is not returnable.
NOTE: All items are adequately packaged and visually inspected before shipping. For items damaged during transit you will need to contact the shipping carrier. Do not return the item to us. You must contact the shipping carrier for reimbursement.
Where an item is eligible for refund or exchange;
- You must within 7 days of receiving the goods e-mail us with your invoice number and customer ID number obtainable from the email invoice sent at the time of purchase. Upon receiving your email we will send you back a reference number.
- Download, print and sign the return form in .PDF format to include with the goods you are shipping back to us. Detailed information applying to refunds and exchanges are contained in this form. The Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed on your computer to view the file.
- Ensure all components and packaging are present should we require you to return the item. Important - Do not write address information directly on packaging. Items should be carefully packed to avoid damage during transit. Packaging damaged during transit that has to be replaced will incur a restocking fee of 30% of the value of the goods.
Any credit or refund will be issued for merchandise only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any return/exchange accepted will be shipped at the customer’s expense. Shipping charges are non-

You may choose to insure the package for the full value when shipping. It may also be necessary to repackage some of the items before shipping. We do not refund for items damaged or lost in transit to us or items uninsured at the time of purchase. We do not accept deliveries sent COD.
* Merchant transaction fees will be deducted from credits or refunds due in all instances. A fee of 3% of the grand total of all goods returned (includes original shipping costs) will be deducted from all refunds on goods purchased by credit card or PayPal. Applicable import duties and taxes incurred in receiving goods back into the country will also be deducted from all refunds. A 25% restocking fee will apply in all instances where items are eligible for return.
